Please check on the shipping amount by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org before paying unless it is a flat fee stated on the ad. We prefer payment through Pay Pal because quick payments speed the order along to you quickly. You may opt to send a money order, a bank cashier's check or Bid Pay in US funds only. If you decide to do that, please enclose the auction/item number, description and any other information. Plus let us know that you are sending payment by email. If mailing payment, it must reach us within 10 days of the purchase or the itemad will be put back in the internet store. The payment must be for the entire amount (no larger or smaller amounts) and we will not refund the extra amounts if sent to us and do not deal with those that want to run scams.
We ship to the USA (including Alaska and Hawaii). We also Ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, UK, Australia, West Austrailia, and most Caribbean Islands--Please correspond in English only. Other international countries may inquire as to our shipping policies for your country.
We will try to combine orders to save you on shipping costs up to 7 more days so please let us know when you are finished bidding or purchasing and we will ship your order. If we do not hear from you within the next 24 hours about holding your order, we may ship it, so please let us know you are still looking. If you are bidding or purchasing from our store we charge by the weight of the item by USPS parcel post, priority mail or sometimes first class if it is a small item that can fit in a padded envelope. Please ask for an invoice when you are finished purchasing so we can combine the items and save you on shipping by sending you one bill so you will receive your shipping discount. Let us know when you are finished looking at our ads and we will ship your item within 2 days of that notice. We ship from 48631 and try to specify the weight of the item on the ad so you might want to figure out the shipping by going to www.usps.gov and clicking on calculate shipping. We may charge a bit extra for the packing materials. We also try to recycle boxes and packing materials to help the environment.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We appreciate your business and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee we will send you the item that we describe. We offer a 7 day return policy to all of our customers who make payment by their due date (7 days from the close of auction or purchase). We will attempt to fix the situation by either getting you the correct item or by processing a refund. Item(s) has to be in its original condition, not worn or altered. Item should be in our hands by the 7th day after you get it. There may be a restocking fee.
We do not offer refunds for shipping damage or lost orders. Once the item leaves our hands to our shipper, we do not have control over it and therefore will not be responsible for it's damage or loss. If you are concerned over this policy please use confirmation tracking available for $.60 and insurance. Since insurance is optional, we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items. Where we require insurance, we will help with filling the forms for reinbursement. The customer is responsible for obtaining the refund from the insurance company.
The refund will be rendered once the item(s) have been sent back to us (upon our receiving) and the exchange will be rendered once the relevant evidence has been provided (photos, etc.). If we have another identical item in stock it will be substituted without giving refund and we pay shipping back to you. We will not reimburse your shipping costs. We will not accept returns for size problems or clarity of real gemstone issues if described in ad correctly. Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated; we reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer, or by a substitution made by customer.
